Role Description

Ubiquiti’s projects require this MP PM to keep up with both disciplinary and fast-paced management in order to fulfill the best output in focus while being able to dive into the details we face daily.

The role is responsible for MP project sustaining and execution. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders, with a logical, organized and aggressive attitude to meet implementation milestones and goals.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage development, drive the overall tactical execution and strategy of the team, and report regularly.
• Set a clear process flow chart for tasks, execute and monitor engineering changes (ECO) and product design cycles.
• Lead a cross-functional team to execute tactical solutions to technology development risks and issues to meet system build milestones, cost, and manage the costs.
• Interface between CMs and cross functional engineering and operations teams driving builds and managing schedules, costs, verification and performance.

Requirements

• BS above.
• At least 3 years above NPI or MP working experience. Experience with a demonstrated record of product development, project management, and/or engineering management. 
• Knowledge of project/product development and manufacturing processes, and working with Contract Manufacturers (CM).
• Strong communication skills, also proficiency of verbal/written skills in both English and Chinese.
