Responsibilities

• Mainly focus on UniFi-Access product line device firmware development
• Design and develop new features and functionalities to extend product capabilities
• Maintain and improve firmware for existing Access product devices
• Perform code reviews, ensuring best practices in coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product planning and development
• Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for firmware issues.

Requirements

• Expertise in C programming, specifically for embedded systems
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Git version control
• A team player, who is very self-motivated, loves difficult challenges, and is goal driven
• Strong communication skills, able to work both solo and in teams
• BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NFC, BLE, Go, and MCU is a plus
• Familiar with standard hardware protocols (gpio, usb, uart, pwm, flash, spi, i2c, ...)
