Role Description
Thermal Engineer is responsible for designing / improving product design. The role will work
closely with cross-functional team members and suppliers. This position aims to support thermal teams on solving project development tasks such as experiment setup, simulation model build up and system thermal evaluation. The candidate should have knowledge of creative concept development, out of box thinking and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- System level thermal design
- Prepare analytical reports and technical documents
- Side project study based on team requirement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Thermal / fluid dynamics preferred)
- Well understand and can apply thermal/fluid dynamics theories into products
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new things
- Team player with great communication skills
Knowledge and Experience
- Familiar with 3D CAD applications (SolidWorks preferred)
- Familiar with CAE software (Flotherm XT preferred)
- Hand-on experience on experiment design and setup
