Part-Time Office Coordinator


We’re looking for an office assistant for our Portland office, 10-15 hours a week. We prefer applicants with 2+ years experience working as an office manager or administrative assistant, as well as reliable access to a vehicle. Flexible schedule. 

  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good people skills


  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety of office
  • Order all office supplies as well as Ubiquiti products from HQ
  • Keep the kitchen stocked with snacks and beverages
  • Order daily lunch catering for everyone in the office
  • Assist with booking travel for co-workers
  • Distribute parking passes and keys/access cards
  • Take care of all outgoing and incoming mail and shipping
