Role Summary

As part of the IT Operations team, you’ll support the day-to-day management of computer and peripheral assets across offices.
You’ll ensure every team member has the right tools to work efficiently — maintaining accurate inventory, supporting hardware allocation, and coordinating device lifecycle processes.
This role requires precision, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset to keep our systems running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company’s IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
  • Support new hire setup: device preparation, software installation, and account provisioning (Windows/macOS/Google Workspace)
  • Handle hardware allocation, replacement, repair, and retirement processes
  • Manage software license tracking and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide first-line IT support for daily technical issues (network, VPN, printer, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for procurement and maintenance
  • Assist in regular audits and reporting of asset utilization and lifecycle status

Requirement

  • Familiar with Windows and macOS system setup and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar productivity tools
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Service-minded attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT asset management systems (e.g., Lansweeper, JAMF, or Intune)
  • Knowledge of information security and user access control
  • Previous experience in internal IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
