Responsibilities
- Quality management for UI Products from NPI to MP.
- Reviews mechanical suppliers in IQC/Gauge/SIP/OQC documentation.
- Leads and drives Suppliers on 8D Reports, and quality improvement.
- Conducts supplier audit process for MP products and new supplier evaluation.
- Implements Reliability Tests for the coating process from ASTM, ISO, IEC standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering.
- 5+ years of Quality in network communication or consumer electronics products.
- Minimum 5 years experience in QC plastic and metal of mechanical products.
- Familiar with reviewing FAI & Cpk Dimension/Cosmetic Inspection/Reliability Test.
- Flexible to travel among Supplier sites in Taiwan, China, Vietnam.
Nice to have
- Certification of 6-sigma ISO-9001, Rohs, CQE, IATF16949 is plus.
- Experience with Mechanical design on fixture/jig/gauge is preferable.
- Understanding of basic mechanics, material science, tooling and manufacturing.
- Industrial background with networking equipment and surveillance are welcome.
- Strong and ambitious personality to drive improvement with communication skills.
- Fluency in English writing and speaking.
