Responsibilities

  • Work with the functional team and come up with a system level and board level SI/PI test plan.
  • Perform high speed signal integrity measurement including DDR, PCIe, SAS/SATA and USB etc.
  • Perform low speed signal integrity measurement including SPI, I2C, LPC, RMII/RGMII etc..
  • Create testing reports based on testing coverage and results and document detailed test procedures as well.

Requirements

  • 2 years + System level integration testing experience
  • BA degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated; passionate in technology; willing to experiment and explore new areas
  • Experience in electrical signal quality measurement, including jitter, noise, timing & voltage margins.
  • Proficient in the use of test equipment including high-speed oscilloscopes, differential probes, logic analyzers.
  • Familiar with Intel CPU/Chipset architectures, and capable to use intel test tool/utility.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic & issue solving skills.
  • Very familiar with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, frequency counters, conformance tests testing fixtures etc..
