Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment or employee computer downtime.
- Assist in performing daily maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, or security vulnerability fixes.
- Document and maintain all technical procedures and configurations for future reference.
- Sometimes need to visit offices or factories in other counties and cities to assist with IT tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support positions
- Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and Linux
- Have basic internet knowledge
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT
- Experience in building server rooms and network infrastructure.
- Experience in importing internal system services.
- Experience with SaaS services
- Knowledge of system administrator
- Certifications CCNA or MCSE
